Fulmareta does not operate, manage, supervise, or own any lodging facility, villa, recreational venue, restaurant, transport network, or on-site guest programme described on this site. Every evaluation reflects independent editorial judgement and publicly available information at the time of writing.
2. Third-party hospitality providers
When you use a booking link, view an availability calendar, or open a property page, you may be redirected to a third-party booking platform, the hotel's own system, or an accredited travel broker. You expressly acknowledge that:
- Your contract is with the hotel
- Any reservation, accommodation agreement, deposit, payment, or cancellation term is agreed exclusively between you and the third-party hotel operator or merchant of record.
- We are not an agent
- Fulmareta holds no agency, representative, brokerage, or guarantor role in relation to any hotel, management group, or travel service.
- Independent terms and conditions
- External providers operate under their own terms of service, house rules, and check-in criteria. Reviewing and accepting those before you transact is your responsibility alone.
3. Accuracy, completeness, and change
Although Fulmareta makes reasonable efforts to publish accurate classifications, floor plans, room dimensions, service descriptions, and view assessments, hospitality properties continually alter facilities, opening hours, seasonal tariffs, and guest policies without notice.
- Room rates, availability, mandatory fees, deposits, and access to amenities all change dynamically at the operator's discretion.
- Photographs, renderings, and virtual tours are illustrative and may not reflect recent works or a specific room allocation.
- No representation or warranty, whether express or implied, is given regarding the ongoing accuracy, operational status, completeness, or reliability of third-party material.
4. Limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulmareta, its founders, editors, and contributors disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss connected with:
- Any reliance placed on the rankings, reviews, or recommendations we publish.
- Inaccuracies, clerical errors, outdated pricing, or omissions in property listings.
- Performance failures, guest disputes, safety concerns, or conditions experienced at any property.
- Service interruptions, transmission delays, compatibility problems, or third-party interference with site access.
- Payments, changes, cancellations, or refunds processed by third-party booking services or hotels.

We include hyperlinks to third-party booking gateways, travel platforms, and tourism authorities as a convenience only. No link constitutes endorsement of the destination site, its content, or its security arrangements.
External sites lie outside our control entirely; their content, privacy arrangements, data practices, and terms are not our responsibility.

Our design, editorial reviews, ranking structures, scoring frameworks, and original text belong to Fulmareta and are protected under international copyright law. Reproducing, scraping, framing, or redistributing them without written permission is forbidden.
